Depending on individual requirements, almost all common LLMs can be connected to the support hub via an API. This ranges from the well-known standard models GPT4 and 4o to Claude Sonnet 3.5 and Gemini 1.5 through to Llama3.1 405B. This flexibility allows companies to select the model best suited to their needs. The integration ensures that the support hub always works with the latest models.

With optimized prompting, our shortcuts help you achieve the best results for everyday tasks. From translations, summaries and rephrasing to complex code explanations and coding support - with the Supporthub shortcuts, all these functions are just a click away and can be easily customized to your personal use.
Company Data
Connect the Supporthub with your company data (GDPR-compliant, of course) to include internal information in search queries without having to specifically address or upload it. For company-specific queries, the support hub recognizes the context and, in addition to your original query, analyzes all files released for you and includes them in the response context.
Visualization
Visualize your data, whether ERP, SQL database or SharePoint list, with the help of the support hub. The support hub generates charts, tables and other visualization options based on your individual queries. Wrap your data in an appealing visualization to gain even deeper insights into your core topics. Automate the analyses to support your department or colleagues with the visualized insights.
Websearch
Experience Googling 2.0 through the combination of LLM and optimized websearch. The Supporthub is always up to date and provides you with the latest trends, developments and all the necessary sources. The websearch (already optimized to your needs) helps you find new customers or track current customer events. Insider tip: The combination with your internal customer data, for example, provides new insights without much effort.
Agents (GPTs)
You can automate specialized tasks with ready-made coworkers. Available with just a few clicks, the coworkers help you with everyday tasks such as content creation or market analysis. To make it easier for you to create your own coworkers, Supporthub also offers the Coworker Helper, which guides you step by step through the creation of your individual coworkers.
Dashboard
The dashboard, which is updated in real time, gives you an overview of the development of Supporthub usage in your organization. For example, analyse how much time your organization's usage has saved. In short - from a simple query of the preferences of the individual LLMs to a complex overview of the development of usage statistics in the individual departments - with the Supporthub dashboard you never lose track.
Team integration
In addition to the seamless integration of the support hub into the Microsoft Teams interface, your personal teams are also mirrored in the support hub so that communication can be continued via the support hub just like in the groups. You can also benefit from the fact that the support hub searches through the files stored in the Teams and integrates them into the context of the chat.
Speech-to-text
With the speech functions, you can not only use the familiar speech-to-text function, but also the conversation mode, in which the support hub responds to you in real time in spoken language. If that's not enough, live voice translation makes it easier for you to communicate in a multilingual environment. Just start speaking and the Supporthub will translate you in real time and transfer what you say to the Supporthub.
Single file upload

Similar to Company Data, individual files can also be uploaded and analyzed by the user. This is conveniently possible directly via the chat interface and allows the user to ask questions about specific files and use them in the further chat context. The uploaded files are of course processed exclusively in compliance with the GDPR.
Group function
Work with your colleagues in the same Supporthub chat so that everyone is always up to date. Decide for yourself when you write to the AI or your colleagues by switching AI response mode on or off.
